Spotless UK provides cleaning staff to many hotels. We provide fully outsourced housekeeping operations to properties owned by major hotel brands, groups and franchisees as well as providing staff for other hotels operated by independent groups.
We currently clean in excess of 36,000 guest bedrooms per month and we know how to deliver consistently clean guest bedrooms and public areas. You can rely on us to be ethical and responsive.
We will help improve your cleaning standards through intensive support and training for your existing staff. Alternatively, we will place a site manager and staff into your business that are fully trained. In both cases the resulting benefit to you will be exceptional compliance with brand standards and delivery of a constant high level of quality and service.
Spotless UK is run by two high energy individuals with decades of experience in the cleaning and maintenance sectors.
Carmel has over 20 years experience in the cleaning sector including six years at area management level during which, she has accumulated a vast knowledge of what it takes to deliver top quality cleaning. She specializes in branded hotels, and is credited with being one of a few housekeepers ever to achieve 100% in an Intercontinental Hotels Group quality audit.
Garry has 10 years of experience working at director level in a variety of sectors. He is responsible for the corporate organisation and strategic development of the business and he also has engaged in management, M + E and health and safety consultancy work for hotel companies.
